To successfully complete this course, you will need:
- complete all assessment requirements for all five units.
- have access to a computer and internet to participate in the connected learning sessions every Monday.
It is strongly recommended that you have basic skills in computer operations. If you do not have access to a computer and internet you can book this by making contact with TAFE NSW on 131 601. Please organise this prior to 3 February 2021.

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate I in Retail Services qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 5 units of competency, including 3 core and 2 speciality units.

Course delivery
Combination study
Learn through a combination of on-campus classroom, virtual classroom, online, and/or workplace activity. For example, you may participate in scheduled face-to-face or virtual classroom activity, have an element of self-directed learning with online content, and/or receive supervised training while on the job, doing work experience, or on placement.
Classroom activity will be scheduled, but online learning can provide more flexibility. Teacher support will be provided for all study. Access to a computer with an internet connection is required.
