First Aid certification
Experience in administration and clinical work in a real doctor’s surgery or specialist practice

Skills to use medical terminology and discuss medical themes with registered nurses and doctors
Confidence to accurately answer patient questions and discuss medical conditions with patients
Exposure to monitoring and updating comprehensive patient accounts
