    Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

    • Develop recruitment requirements and consult with stakeholders about job descriptions, selection criteria and workforce strategy

    • Communicate employment terms and conditions, employee entitlements, awards, agreements and individual work contracts

    • Help stakeholders understand the legislative environment, agreements, policies and procedures

    • Support stakeholders in simple disputes and look for opportunities to improve performance

    • development, sustainability and organisational culture

    • Record, maintain and report documents and workforce data

    • Learn to screen, interview, assess and select potential candidates

    During your study you’ll need to provide your teacher with the following evidence:

    • Video assessments are an important part of coursework. Students will be required to submit HR role-play videos and source appropriate participants.
