An individual training plan will be provided when you enrol in this course. Your plan will outline the recommended study timetable and detail your units and assessments.
Assessments give you the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learnt and to identify the knowledge or skills that may need further development.
Work placement provides you with opportunities to respond to situations and circumstances that cannot be replicated in a learning or simulated environment. Work placement strengthens your training and supports continued learning and assessment in the workplace.

Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) evidence will be required for successfull enrolment in this course. This can be provided by prevoius evidence of education or participating in the RU Ready program.
To successfully complete this course you will be required to participate in role plays which will be video recorded and the video submitted for marking. You should arrange for persons over 18, such as colleagues, friends or family members, or fellow online students who are available and willing to participate in a role play to fulfil certain unit requirements that will be recoded and subsequently uploaded and submitted for marking.
Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 18 Units of competency, including 5 core and 13 speciality units.
Core units are central to the job outcomes of a particular industry or occupation. These are the units industry has agreed are essential to be capable and qualified at a particular study level.
Choose when and where you study. Set your own pace, with all your study materials online, allowing you to manage your own workload. Access your learning management system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is a highly collaborative space that involves more than simply reading and consuming.
You will interact creatively with content, teachers and your peers, improving your overall engagement with the course. Teaching staff are available to provide you with support, enabling you meet your course outcomes.
You may need to attend a vocational placement, on campus assessment and/or a teacher might need to observe and assess you in a real or simulated environment. Online courses require access to a computer with an internet connection.
