Knowledge assessments: short answer, multiple-choice questions, extended response, assignments.
Skills assessments: projects, case studies, demonstrations under observation, role-plays.
Please note:
Online Campus students will need to create video recordings of role-plays for assessment. They’ll need to find people to be part of the role plays like family, friends or work mates.

Units taught in this course
Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Business qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 12 units of competency, including 6 core and 6 speciality units.

Course delivery
Combination study
Learn through a combination of on-campus classroom, virtual classroom, online, and/or workplace activity. For example, you may participate in scheduled face-to-face or virtual classroom activity, have an element of self-directed learning with online content, and/or receive supervised training while on the job, doing work experience, or on placement.
Classroom activity will be scheduled, but online learning can provide more flexibility. Teacher support will be provided for all study. Access to a computer with an internet connection is required.
