    TAFE NSW Tax Clinic

A smiling woman is working in a modern, well-lit office. She is talking on the phone and looking at a document.

The TAFE NSW Tax Clinic provides free, independent and confidential tax advice, business support and education to individuals and small businesses. Due to a high demand for our services, we prioritise helping those who need it most. This includes people who are unable to access tax advice or assistance due to economic, social or personal factors.

Our Tax Clinic is run by students who are in their third year of studying the Bachelor of Applied Commerce. They are guided under the supervision of qualified clinic managers, tax and legal professionals.

At the TAFE NSW Tax Clinic, we offer help to eligible:

    • individuals
    • small businesses.

We prioritise support for those in serious financial hardship who have been referred from our community partner organisations.

Due to clinic capacity limits, clients who are not facing significant financial hardship may not be offered support.
