    Access Microsoft 365 applications

    Microsoft 365 applications are easy to access through the Student Hub.

    Follow the steps below to access any Microsoft app. There is no need to download them onto your device.

    Step 1

    Log in to the Student Hub.

    Step 2

    Go to ‘Tools’.

    Click on the application tile you wish to use.

    Use Outlook

    Step 1

    Select the ‘Outlook’ icon from your student hub dashboard. Or go to office.com and sign in using your TAFE NSW email and password.

    Step 2

    Outlook will open in your web browser and you will see your email inbox.

    Select an email to read it.

    Step 3

    Click the ‘Calendar’ icon at the bottom left of the screen.

    You will see all the meetings and classes you are invited to, or have created.

    Join a Teams meeting

    Join through Microsoft Teams

    1. Select the ‘Teams’ icon from your student hub dashboard or open your Teams desktop app.
    2. Select ‘Calendar’ on the left-hand menu.
    3. Find the meeting or class invitation and open the details.
    4. Select the ‘Join’ button at the top of the screen.
    5. Select ‘Join now’ to enter the class. You’ll see your teacher and other students once you’re in.

    Join through Outlook

    1. Select the ‘Outlook’ icon from your student hub dashboard.
    2. Select the ‘Calendar’ icon at the bottom left of the screen.
    3. Find your meeting or class invitation in the calendar.
    4. In the meeting details, select ‘Join’ to enter the Teams meeting.
