    Entry requirements

    Some courses require evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol.

    • Successful completion of the Certificate II in Animal care or its equivalent, as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or transcript, or

    • Extensive work experience and knowledge in animal care, as evidenced by your resume and a portfolio of work

    Entry recommendations

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • A calm nature

    • Reasonable level of fitness to handle animals and carry out manual lifting

    • Access to a computer or personal device with video recording functionality and reliable internet access.

    • The confidence to upload your assessments and to create and upload video files.

    • Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 12 high school level
