    Entry requirements

    This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

    • The skills and knowledge equivalent to a Diploma of Music. You will need to provide evidence that you have successfully completed previous study, such as a transcript, or attend an interview with a teacher to evaluate your suitability.

    To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

    • Experience working with computers and video-production content and technology

    • A passion for being creative

    • An interest in, or understanding of, the skills and knowledge required in the broadcasting industry

    Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Screen and Media (Broadcasting) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 13 units of competency, including 4 core and 9 speciality units.
