Entry requirements

This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

    • That you have achieved a Year 12 high school certificate or an equivalent as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or
    • That you have achieved a [insert appropriate certificate level] as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or transcript or
    • That you have recent or current work experience in Information Technology as evidenced by a letter of support from your employer or your resume or
    • That you have completed a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills test with scores of 4 in Learning, 4 in Reading, 4 in Writing, 4 in Numeracy, 4 in Oral Communication and 3 in Digital Literacy as evidenced by a copy of your test results
  • This is designed to ensure your LLN skills match the demands of the course, and to connect you with any personalised study support you may need.

Entry recommendations

To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

  • Completion of Year 12 high school (or equivalent) as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or

  • Successful completion of a Certificate IV in Information Technology (or an equivalent qualification) as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or transcript or

  • Relevant work experience in Information Technology as evidenced by a letter of support from your employer or your resume
