    During this course you'll learn to:

    • taste and assess wine using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine® (SAT)

    • describe how wine is made, from grape growing to production

    • identify key grape varieties and the regions where they are commonly grown

    • match different wine styles with suitable foods

    • store wine under appropriate conditions for different styles

    • serve wine at the ideal temperature and in suitable glassware.

    • a Certificate of Attendance

    • a digital certificate that’s internationally recognised by industry and can be shared online or printed

    • experience selecting wine from a wine list and matching it with food
