    Change a known password

    If you know your TAFE NSW account password but need to change it, follow these steps.

    Connect to campus wi-fi

    Currently enrolled students have access to TAFE NSW’s secure wi-fi when on campus. To connect you’ll need your TAFE NSW username (which is your TAFE email address), and password.

    Download software

    Once enrolled you'll be able to use a range of software for free. Learn how to access Adobe, Microsoft and LinkedIn Learning.

    Find your username

    Your username is usually your given name and family name with a dot in between. If that doesn’t work, you can follow steps to find your username.

    Log in with a one-time passcode

    If you forget your device you can log in with a one-time passcode.

    Set up Multifactor authentication

    Learn how to set up Multifactor authentication. This helps keep your personal information secure.

    Print, copy and scan

    Learn how to print, copy and scan at your local TAFE NSW campus. Find answers to frequently asks questions and where to go for print copy and scan support.

    Reset your password

    Find out how to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it.

    Unlock your account

    If your TAFE NSW account is locked, wait for 20 minutes or find out how to unlock it.
