- On successful completion of the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care students will be required to complete an additional unit Introduction to Academic Study (ECIAS200A), to receive a full credit that will reduce the duration of Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (Birth 5) to 2.5 years.
