  • Work Placement is a requirement of this course:

    • There are no nominated workplace hours required for this course, however to achieve the competency in the course, you are required to complete a range of practical assessment tasks in the real and/ or simulated health care environment.
    • You will be provided an option to either complete various practical tasks with us at 1-2 days face to face workshops, or alternatively you can organise your own workplacement to complete the tasks in a real health care facility.
  • Please contact the Teaching Section for more information on workshops.

  • Work placement and the demonstration of practical skills are requirements of this course. Due to the impacts of COVID 19 and the disruption to service provision in the Early Childhood, Aged Care, Health and Community Services Sectors, there may be a delay or modification in being able to undertake these aspects of your course in the planned timeframe.
