Entry requirements
To be eligible to enrol in this course you need to meet the following requirements:

Current experience in the electrical trade, as evidenced by your expired licence number or a certificate from a previous trade course or qualification

To be enrolled in this course, you must be able to provide evidence that you:

- have completed the self-assessment tool from the Department of Fair Trading before enrolling in the course.

To successfully complete this course, you will need to:

- Pass the 2 part theory examination.

If you do not pass the test on your first attempt, successful completion of the assignment will be required before you will be allowed to re-attempt the test.

A maximum of two attempts at the theory examination in any 12 month enrolment period will be permitted.
