To be able to successfully complete this course, you will be provided access to Microsoft TEAMS for your learning materials and assessment tasks. Assistance with Learning and Assessment is available on Thursday from 9-1.00pm via TEAMS, further details will be provided on enrolment. You will need access to a computer, internet.
Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 18 Units of competency, including 5 core and 13 speciality units.
Core units are central to the job outcomes of a particular industry or occupation. These are the units industry has agreed are essential to be capable and qualified at a particular study level.
Learn through a combination of classroom based, online and/or workplace activity. For example, you may participate in scheduled classroom activity, have an element of self-directed learning with online content, and/or receive supervised training while on the job, doing work experience, or on placement.
Classroom activity will be scheduled, but online learning can provide more flexibility. Teacher support will be provided for all study. Access to a computer with an internet connection is required.
Western Connect provides the communities in Western NSW access to a large range of state-wide training opportunities direct from a local TAFE NSW campus or from home. Classes for Western Connect courses are mostly delivered online, with web and video conferencing technology to connect you with your teacher and other students. Connected learning means you can attend your online classes from home or log in from a campus. Some courses may require you to attend classes on campus and online with blended learning, while mobile training units bring your teacher and training equipment to your nearest campus for convenience when you need to undertake physical training and assessments.
