During this course you'll learn to:
Create families such as windows, doors and furniture and set them up to work accurately with your model
Make families adjustable by putting an object like a window or dining table into a 3D model and changing its size
Add Building Information Modelling (BIM) data to your family
Choose to make hosted or unhosted models
Create nested families
Apply knowledge of how to create a Revit family to any other family
You'll leave this course with:
A Certificate of Attendance
A 1-year student license to use Revit software
Learn a new skill and improve your career prospects
Some courses require evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol
A sound level of computer literacy
Completed essential training in Revit
An understanding of BIM, Design and Drafting

To be prepared for this course, we recommend you have:
A sound level of computer literacy
General knowledge of building design
Experience working in the building design industry, or successful completion of the TAFE Statement in Revit Essentials (800-000022) and the TAFE Statement in Revit Fundamentals (800-000023)
