Our assessments will equip you with the skills, and confidence, to create a successful career in community services. In this course you will undertake:

  • Knowledge assessments: short answer questions, case studies
  • Practical skills assessments: role plays
  • Simulated workplace projects: case studies
  • Gain confidence in your study skills with the Certificate II in Community Services, as you learn about the community services industry and prepare for entry level roles
  • Build a strong foundation with the Certificate III in Community Services, and learn to be more autonomous in providing individualised care and responding to client needs
  • Expand your core capabilities and develop a broad knowledge base with a Certificate IV in Community Services, as you grow your career
  • Advance your skills and knowledge with the Diploma of Community Services, and learn supervisory skills

Excursions are currently on hold due to COVID-19. Your wellbeing is our priority. When it is safe to resume excursions, you will have the opportunity to visit Community Service facilities and interact with a range of industry professionals.
