Full time and Part Time courses are held in the classroom at one of our campuses.
Short courses range from a few hours to a few months.
Certificates I-II are entry level qualifications taking on average 0.5 - 1 year
Certificates III-IV are trade level qualifications taking on average 0.5 – 2 years
Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Graduate courses are advanced professional level qualifications taking on average 1-2 years.
Degree courses are higher education qualifications taking on average 3-4 years.
Apprenticeships usually last three or four years and cover traditional trades such as carpentry, electrical, hairdressing and plumbing.
Apprenticeships and traineeships combine paid work and structured training. They allow you to learn a trade or workplace skill and receive a nationally accredited qualification.
Traineeships usually last one or two years and provide training in newer vocational areas not usually covered by apprenticeships.
The Commonwealth VET Student Loans program assists eligible students to pay for some or all of your course fee in Diploma level courses and above. You pay back your loan via the tax system.
FEE-HELP is a Federal Government student loan scheme (similar to HECS) to assist eligible students pay all or part of their tuition fees. It allows you to study now and pay later.
Smart and Skilled – These courses give eligible students access to government funded training (subsidies) in industry areas where there are jobs.

This course covers safety testing of electrical cord connected equipment and cord assemblies. It encompasses working safely, using portable apparatus tester, identifying faults, applying tagging, arranging for repair of faulty equipment and complete testing documentation.
