We've listened to students' and staff concerns that the current
student management system does not adequately meet their needs and
that's why we are replacing it.
A new student enrolment system is central to the successful operation
of TAFE NSW in an increasingly competitive vocational education
marketplace. A modern, cloud-based system will enable students to
easily manage their training records and allow us to adapt more
quickly to new policy settings.
To ensure we not only receive the system our students need, but also
one that is intuitive for our employees, we will continue to consult
our teams through the process.
We will maintain the existing system until the new one is in place
and will continue to implement a number of updates to improve the
current student experience.
The whole TAFE NSW team has worked hard to improve the customer
experience and 2016 figures show that enrolments are up significantly.
