Primary Industries Centre

TAFE NSW's Primary Industries Centre (PIC) is one of the country's finest institutions for agricultural and horticultural studies. Based at North Wagga and on 250 hectares of farmland, students are able to study up to an Advanced Diploma level across a diverse range of areas including animal studies/veterinary nursing, sheep and wool, conservation and land management, racing and horse studies, landscaping, parks and gardens, turf and wholesale nursery.

At the PIC, students have access to state-of-the-art technology and innovative methods. Whether it be the computerised glasshouse, the latest farming machinery or the new shearing shed, students are given the best chance to succeed in their chosen careers.

The courses offered at the PIC are also flexible to fit into your life. As such, students are able to access learning in the workplace, through classes held face-to-face on campus or online, overcoming any distance and location challenges.
