Andy Lindsay Memorial Award - Intro

The Andy Lindsay Memorial Award

The Andy Lindsay Memorial Award has been established by Sandra Lindsay, Managing Director of Musos Corner, in memory of her son Andrew ‘Andy’ Lindsay, who was an outstanding, gifted musician, inspiring business leader and also the heart and soul of Newcastle’s Musos Corner music store. Andy generously provided the TAFE NSW Newcastle Music department with equipment and support whenever it was needed and was an integral part of the world class production studio installation now used by TAFE NSW students.

This Award will support a student studying a Music and Production related course at TAFE NSW location, in the Hunter and Central Coast, who has demonstrated a strong commitment to their studies, whilst overcoming any challenges to achieve their goals.

The recipient of the award will receive a $1,000 Musos Corner voucher, generously donated by Musos Corner, each Semester, to support local ‘musos’ with equipment needs to assist with their studies and future career.

Closing date: 5pm, Friday 12 April 2024
