TAFE NSW Cooma has developed flexible delivery strategies to service a large area with a small population.
Students have the opportunity to participate in a range of courses including business services, automotive, welding, information technology, tourism and hospitality, agriculture, building and general education. A range of courses are also offered through the Fast Track Training arm including customised training onsite, traineeships, apprenticeships and short courses to meet demand and legislative requirements.TAFE NSW Cooma also has Access Centres at Bombala and Jindabyne.

Nestled in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, TAFE NSW Cooma houses a state of the art commercial kitchen and restaurant. The Snowy Restaurant opens its doors to the public to showcase the extremely talented tourism and hospitality students.
The Snowy Restaurant is fully licensed and compromises an innovative and modern three course a-la-carte menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant is serene and contemporary, while the hospitality service is second to none. The Snowy Restaurant accommodates for all dietary requirements and seats up to 45 guests, making this is a great dining option when experiencing the region.
The Snowy Restaurant is open Wednesday evenings 6 pm – 9 pm during the term. Bookings are essential and can be made directly through the Restaurant staff.
